After guest starring as herself in an episode on ‘Anger Management’, Sheen, when asked whether Lindsay Lohan could do comedy, agreed enthusiastically.
In being clearly impressed with her performance, Sheen explained why she was capable of doing comedy, in saying, “Of course she does. She knows funny. She does chicken right. Day one was fabulous. She was on time. Hit every mark. Made us look off our game, which we weren’t.”
However, he also was not happy with her coming late on the second day, due to earache. He went to mention that she came prepared with an ‘excuse’ for being almost four hours late after everything went well on the first day.
As for people who watched the episode, they’ve described Lohan as getting lucky with her lines but was honest enough to admit that her ability to act is still as sharp as ever.
What was also apparent from the episode was that her role was rather self-deprecating (but funny!) and found her doing things that has been in the news – a ‘reel’ version of her real Life in more ways than one which made fun of her drinking and drug problems apart from destroying a dress that she took on a loan from a designer.
With these meltdowns being no different from Sheen’s life, it should come as no surprise that he’s also announced at the premiere of Scary Movie V that Lohan would be welcome to do another episode on “Anger Management”, considering their chemistry as a team on the sitcom.
