If you haven’t seen the Arrow’s Season 3 mid-season finale, which is highly unlikely, then you shouldn’t read any further.
As you know, Starling City’s hooded hero was killed by Ra’s Al Ghul, everyone, including Access Hollywood, was interested as to how the Arrow would live again.
It can be safely said that the Arrow cannot die for the rest of the show since the show has been renewed for another season.
In speaking with Stephen Amell recently, we failed to find out whether he is resurrected via the Lazarus Pit, as his only words were, “Nope. Too cold where he is. He’s been on a rickshaw of some type… being dragged through the wilderness. [It’s] snowy, blankets. That’s it so far.”
It must be pointed out that the sword fight between the two was epic, with James Bamford’s, the fight coordinator’s expertise really making itself apparent, and for which Amell had to train for two weeks to get right in the scene.
That said, even though the swords weren’t very sharp, the fight scene did result in a few injuries which was shot in the bitter cold on Vancouver’s Grouse Mountain.
Of course, Katie Cassidy as the Black Canary will also make an appearance in the following episodes – something that has been revealed in the midseason premiere trailer.
And while it seems that, according to DC lore, Oliver Queen truly loves Laurel Lance and will end up with her, this has changed in The Arrow as Felicity and Oliver have a strong connection between them.
Having said that, the Arrow returns with its latest episode on January 21, 2015 on The CW.
